A small extension may not need planning approval but will require building control approval.

We prepare the necessary plans and obtain approvals.

Planning consent is required for sub-division of a dwelling to two or more separate units. The upgrade required includes the following.

A careful specification is required and we can take the project through from inspection, to planning, to building control stage, to the completion of building works.

 
Loft Conversions

We provide the following:

  • Planning and building approvals (including preparation of plans)

  • Construction of a dormer or mansard roof.

  • Re-arrangement of internal layout and provision of new stairs.
